At Achezo, we want to ensure your orders reach you quickly, safely, and transparently. We deliver to all major cities, towns, and regions across Pakistan using trusted courier partners like TCS, Leopards Courier, and PostEx.

1. Order Processing & Same-Day Dispatch Cutoff

  • ⚡ Same-Day Dispatch Tip: Place your order before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) for your package to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.

2. Sunday & Courier Service Operations

  • Sunday Pause: Please note that delivery courier partners across Pakistan (including TCS, Leopards, PostEx, etc.) do not operate or deliver on Sundays or official public holidays.

  • Saturday Night Orders: If you place an order on Saturday evening or Sunday, your package will be processed and dispatched on Monday morning. Please account for 1 extra day in your total delivery timeline when ordering over the weekend.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

(Note: Delivery times may be slightly delayed during extreme weather, major sales events, or gazetted public holidays).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification

  • Phone / WhatsApp Confirmation: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your order details prior to dispatch. Unverified orders will not be shipped.

  • Payment at Doorstep: Please keep the exact order amount ready in cash when the courier rider arrives.

5. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is handed over to the courier partner, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You can use this link to follow your delivery status in real-time.
